This page lists what Distrarc works with today, as implemented in the product. Some sources are not available for every product or at every moment; when that is the case, the product shows it rather than pretending.
Where Distrarc looks for conversations
Distrarc searches public sources only. Which ones a search uses depends on who your product is for: a developer tool and a consumer app are not searched in the same places. Every result links back to the original post.
- Hacker News: Ask HN requests and discussion threads. Searched for most products, including in the free first report.
- Reddit: Posts and comments in communities where your audience talks.
- Stack Overflow and Stack Exchange: Questions on Stack Overflow and topic sites such as Software Recommendations, chosen to fit your product.
- GitHub: Issues and discussions, for products with a technical audience.
- Bluesky: Public posts asking for recommendations or describing a problem.
- YouTube: Public videos about the problem your product solves, for business and consumer products.
- Web search results: Search results for questions people ask about your problem space.
Distrarc never posts to any of these sources for you. Reply drafts are yours to edit and post. For etiquette on each platform, see the channel guides.
What Distrarc does not integrate with
Distrarc does not connect to analytics, ad accounts or payment tools. There is no public API, command-line tool or package, and no chat or issue-tracker integrations. If something is not listed on this page, assume it does not exist yet.
