1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Customer”, “Founder”, or “you”) and Suneer Mantri, an individual based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India, trading as Distrarc (and Distrarc (“we”ldquo;Distrarcand Distrarc (“we”rdquo;, and Distrarc (“we”ldquo;weand Distrarc (“we”rdquo;, “us”, or “our”), governing your access to and use of the Distrarc website, software applications, APIs, and related distribution intelligence services (collectively, the “Platform”).
By accessing our site, creating an account, connecting a product, or subscribing to a plan, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of an entity, company, or organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity.
2. Early-Access Operational Scope
Distrarc is currently operated in early access. By participating, you acknowledge that features, search sources, and models are continuously refined. While we maintain rigorous safeguards, systems may undergo regular updates and improvements.
3. Accounts, Security, and Credentials
To access the Platform, you must register for an account using a valid email address and secure credentials.
- Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. You must immediately notify Distrarc at security@distrarc.com of any unauthorized access or compromise.
- Domain & Provider Access: When configuring secondary domains or DNS records for mailbox verification, you agree to provide only necessary DNS records or authorization. Third-party secrets are protected using authenticated encryption and sealed envelopes.
- Account Deletion: You have the right to terminate your account and erase your personal data at any time via self-service controls in Settings.
4. The Distrarc Platform: Lead Finding & Human Approvals
Distrarc assists software founders by searching public discussions for prospective buyers, qualifying lead fit, drafting recommended replies, and provisioning dedicated Google Workspace mailboxes on secondary domains for email outreach.
Autonomy Modes & Customer Governance:
- Suggest-only (Human Review): Distrarc suggests draft replies and email outreach messages. By default, Distrarc does not post public replies or send emails until you have reviewed them.
- Explicit Approval: Public community replies and outreach emails wait in the application dashboard for your approval before they are posted or sent.
- Sending Responsibility: When you approve a reply or an outreach email, you assume full ownership and legal responsibility for the publication, recipient selection, and content of that message.
5. Email Outreach & Secondary Domain Governance
To protect primary domain deliverability, Distrarc provisions Google Workspace mailboxes on secondary domains that you own through our partner ResellerClub.
- Domain Verification: You must own the secondary domain and configure the required DNS records (Google TXT verification, MX, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC).
- Mailbox Allowance: The Founder, Growth and Scale plans include 1, 3 and 6 mailboxes. Extra mailboxes are an add-on described in Section 8.
- Ramp-Up Limits: Provisioned mailboxes follow a strict daily sending ramp (starting at 5 emails per day, increasing gradually to a maximum of 40 emails per day) to preserve sender reputation. A mailbox is paused automatically if its bounce rate goes above 3% or its spam complaint rate goes above 0.1%.
- Inbound Mailbox Access: We connect to provisioned mailboxes via a Google service account with domain-wide delegation solely to poll inboxes (every 10 minutes) to detect bounces, replies, and unsubscribe requests.
- Global Suppression: A hard bounce, a spam complaint, or an unsubscribe request adds the recipient address to a suppression list shared across all Distrarc accounts. Suppressed addresses are never emailed again through Distrarc, by any account, and deleting an account does not remove them from the list.
Your responsibilities for outreach email
You are the sender of every email that Distrarc helps you prepare. Before you approve a message, you are responsible for having a lawful basis to contact the recipient and for following the rules where the recipient is. These rules include:
- United States: the CAN-SPAM Act. Headers and subject lines must not be misleading, each message must include a valid postal address, and opt-out requests must be honored (we suppress them immediately; the law allows up to 10 business days).
- Canada: Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). Commercial electronic messages to people in Canada generally need their consent, plus identification of the sender and a working unsubscribe mechanism. Our servers are in Canada, but CASL applies to who receives or accesses the message, not where the server is.
- European Union and United Kingdom: the GDPR and UK GDPR, and in the UK the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR). Marketing email to individuals usually needs consent or another basis you can document. Rules for business contacts differ by country.
- India: the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, for personal data of people in India.
- Any other country where your recipients are located may have its own rules. You are responsible for complying with them.
What Distrarc does to help:
- Sends only from a mailbox on a domain you own, provisioned for your account. Mail goes out through your Google Workspace mailbox, and replies come back to your account.
- Adds your sender identity, your postal address and a one-click unsubscribe link to every outreach email. A draft without the unsubscribe line or the postal address cannot be queued or sent.
- Blocks sending to any suppressed address, and checks each draft again immediately before it is sent.
- Does not email people found through Reddit posts. Reddit leads are never eligible for email outreach.
Guessed addresses: For some companies, Distrarc builds a candidate address from a naming pattern seen in public sources, for example first.last@company.com. A candidate is treated as unverified. It is used only when an email verification service you have configured returns “valid” for it. Catch-all results are used only if you switch on that option, which is off by default. If no verification service is configured, guessed addresses are not used. Distrarc does not buy email lists and does not test mailboxes by connecting to mail servers.
6. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Platform to:
- Generate spam, deceptive marketing, fraudulent claims, or bulk automated harassment across public communities (such as Reddit, Hacker News, GitHub, or Stack Exchange).
- Send unsolicited email to individuals who have opted out, or send email without a functioning unsubscribe mechanism.
- Circumvent rate limits, terms of service, or anti-automation protections of external platforms or APIs.
- Perform port-25 or SMTP probing, or use third-party warm-up networks.
- Upload malicious code, exploits, or materials you do not have rights to distribute.
- Promote unlawful services, illicit financial schemes, or misleading software products.
Violation of this policy will result in immediate suspension and permanent account termination.
7. Intellectual Property & Customer Data
Your Data: You retain full ownership, title, and intellectual property rights in and to your software product, brand names, and customer content (“Customer Data”). You grant Distrarc a limited, revocable license to process Customer Data solely to perform searches, draft replies, and deliver approved outreach.
Distrarc Property: Distrarc and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Platform, including software, source code, user interfaces, documentation, scoring algorithms, and system prompts.
8. Fees, Billing, and Subscriptions
Free first opportunity reports do not charge you and require no card. Paid subscriptions are purchased through Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record, and require a credit card.
- Plans & Intervals: Three plans are available: Founder ($49/month, or $34/month billed $408/year), Growth ($129/month, or $90/month billed $1,080/year), and Scale ($299/month, or $209/month billed $2,508/year). Annual billing is 30% off the monthly price. Each plan includes 1, 3 or 6 mailboxes and reruns searches every 6, 3 or 1 hours, for Founder, Growth and Scale respectively.
- Free Trials: Only annual plans include a 7-day free trial, limited to one trial per person. Nothing is charged during the trial. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, the subscription converts to the chosen annual plan and your card is charged for the year. Monthly plans have no trial period and are charged at checkout. Every new account gets a free test run before it pays.
- Credits & Resets: Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance (3,000 credits for Founder, 8,000 for Growth, and 25,000 for Scale) that resets on a monthly cadence, even under annual subscriptions. Unused plan credits do not carry over across monthly cycles. Extra credits can be purchased as a one-time pack (2,500 credits for $10) and do not expire while your subscription remains active. Work pauses when credits are exhausted, without unexpected overage fees.
- Credit Pack Refunds: Purchased credit packs are refundable within 14 days of purchase provided zero credits from that pack have been used. Once any credits from a pack are consumed, that pack is non-refundable.
- Add-On Mailboxes: Extra mailboxes cost $10/month each ($5/month for India-based businesses based on billing country) and renew monthly until cancelled. Add-on mailbox charges and cancellations are prorated for partial billing cycles.
- Promotional Discounts: Single-use invitation codes provide a 40% discount on subscription plan products only. Discounts apply to the first three monthly billing cycles for monthly plans, or to the first annual billing cycle for annual plans. Invitation codes do not expire, apply once per account, and do not apply to credit packs or mailbox add-ons. Subscriptions automatically renew at standard rates when the promotional period concludes.
- Cancellations & Refunds: You can cancel your subscription at any time from Plan & billing. Fees for started periods are non-refundable except for approved billing errors, material technical failures, eligible unused credit packs, or where required by law, as detailed in our Refund Policy.

13. Termination and Data Erasure
You may terminate your account at any time via the self-service account deletion mechanism in Settings. Upon deletion, your active sessions are terminated, background jobs are stopped, and your account, products, and outreach data are permanently erased from active production databases in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms, breach acceptable use rules, or present an operational risk to other users or external platforms.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of India, without regard to principles of conflicts of law. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory statutory protections or consumer rights that cannot be waived under your local jurisdiction's applicable law.
